Our Story & Values

Rooted in Azare.
Growing With Our Community.

Building an authentic, community-driven agricultural enterprise that nourishes families and creates real rural prosperity in northern Nigeria.

Who We Are & Why We Farm

Headquartered in Azare, Katagum LGA, Bauchi State, Value Gap Farms Nigeria Limited (RC 7292309) was born out of a love for the land and a deep respect for the farmers who feed our nation.

Katagum is blessed with rich alluvial river basins, generous sunshine, and hardworking families. But for generations, local farmers have faced the same heartbreak: preparing soil with manual hoes, watching up to 30% of grain spoil after harvest, and being forced to sell to middlemen at depressed prices just to survive the season.

We created Value Gap Farms to solve these gaps right on the ground. By pairing mechanized commercial cultivation with direct Partner Farmer partnerships, we share tractor access, provide high-yield certified seeds, make our own livestock feed, and offer buying their harvests for a fair price right at the farm.

Our Everyday Promise

"To grow wholesome, clean food grains, raise healthy livestock with care, and ensure that every local farmer farmer in our network earns a dignified, sustainable living from their harvest."
