A Personal Note
"When we started Value Gap Farms in Azare, our vision was simple: Katagum LGA is blessed with rich soil and dedicated farmers, but too many families struggle with manual labor, high input costs, and seasonal crop spoilage. By working side-by-side with our neighbors and sharing mechanization, we ensure every harvest brings dignity, fair returns, and food security to our region."
The Farming Year
Our agricultural cycles follow the natural seasons of northern Nigeria's Sudan-Sahel savannah.
Irrigated lowland rice cultivation, dry-season vegetables, cattle feedlot fattening cycles, and post-harvest grain collection.
Mechanized tractor plowing across nucleus lands and Partner Farmer plots; certified seed planting of white sorghum, pearl millet, and cowpeas.
Active paddy weeding with community farm labor, grain crop maturation, harvest collection, and circular livestock feed formulation.
Our Story
Value Gap Farms is built on everyday agricultural hard work and a deep commitment to our community.
